Eli Manning was 20 for 27 completed passes and 185 yards during the game. Also Giants rookie running back Ahmad Bradshaw had 66 yards on 17 carries. With a 4 yard pass to Toomer for the victory quick take in the 4th quater

The Giants beat the Bucs with a score of 24-14. Giants QB Eli Manning connected with Amani Toomer on a 4-yard touchdown pass midway through the fourth quarter. The score put New York up 24-7 and gave the Giants just enough breathing room against a resilient Bucs team.
