I think that Jack Johnson had the right to be outspoken because he was trying to make a change in American life. Even if he would of got shot he still made a change in america. Since he beat alot of white men he should of automatically been given the right and given a great amount of security. He was a great man for doing what he did.

Jack Johnson had the right to gloat and be the only champion to speak out like he does. Jack Johnson had beat every one they put in front of him by a longshot. If he wants talk trash about know one could beat to the white man. The white man would get mad and want to challenge him to a fight. Jack Johnson would win and he would even talk even more. He would end up, talking trash to everyone who he thinks is a challenge to him.

I think that Jack Johnson had the right to be out spoken because that means he has courage. This means that Jack Johnson is brave enough to speak his mind. I think that being a champion wont change how you act or how you talk to people its juss a way of showing what kind of passion you have for that sport.

I believe that Jack Johnson was a hero for doing what he did. He used force with his fist to show how he wasn't afraid to face anyone and boxing was the best way to achieve this. He made a change because he showed how Blacks could make a change in the American lifesytle.

He is actually a hero for what he did. Doing whatever is needed. He made Burns look like a fool out there. He did what other black men may have not dreamed of despite the looming threat of death and racism around him. I commened Jack Johnson for shutting the whites up.

Jack Johnson had every right to gloat about his wins. However, there is a certain point where gloating becomes too dangerous. THough he had become a pioneer in the world of Boxing, he was still just one player in the game. The dangers he risked would probably have happened even if he didn't win because racism during this time was more of a point than the title was.

Jack Johnson had every right to be outspoken. For years he was criticized and now he was the world's champion. Jack had earned the right to talk smack. Since he was the champ he was untouchable. No one has proven that they could beat him. Until then he can gloat.
